Worst experience I ever had with online shop. Order online jersey on 28 April and paid for 48 h delivery. After a few days I emailed to ask where my order is. No reply so I call them. They told me that order been dispatched. I checked delivery status 'royal mail expect it". I messaged online shop a few times and after 14 days they sent me a next/new jersey. Received it on 14 May and customise number on the back is not attached properly. I emailed then to hear that I can iron it by my self or send it to them and they iron it. I don't want to waist my time and again waiting for delivery. I spend almost £50 for that jersey which was birthday present, wait over 2 weeks and received low quality product. I'm really disappointed with customer service as we are big fans of Bradford Bantams .
Amazing visit last night, some great deals on last seasons kit. Would go again!!
Very bright, vibrant and a lovely view of the pitch from the store. Away fans have also commented positively on the shop. Staff are typical yorkshire folk and will assist if you ask and more importantly leave you be when you don't require help. UtFC
Went to today to purchase a shirt for son. I asked the young lad behind the counter a few simple questions, like how much is this? He just grunted and pointed price is over there, I asked him another question, what size approx is XS he had no clue and asked another store member. But the worst part is after I paid, in which I wasn't spoke to once apart from, do you want a bag for 10p, which i declined. He gave me my receipt and passed, well threw, the shirt to me, unfolded all bunched up and said have a nice day!! The shirt cost me £49.95, he could have at least folded up and shown a bit better customer service.
Staff have excellent customer service skills, transactions are easy & quick, can't praise the staff enough
