We bought 2 Matrix U5X upright bikes. Really quick delivery and items are as described. Had to replace a battery on one exercise bike, which is expected for second hand commercial grade kit (about 10 years old), but it was so cheap compared to new, and it works flawlessly now. I thought I'd need to replace more parts, but it's actually in very good condition for the age. Thanks guys.

I’ll happily give the website 5 stars, but I do want to share a few thoughts about the physical location. The equipment storage area isn’t very visitor-friendly—nothing is set up to test or switch on, so you can’t really try things out on-site. If you don’t mind dealing with potential returns, you might still find some good deals, but personally I feel the prices on their cardio machines are quite high, especially considering they’re used and may require hard-to-find specialist components. When I visited, the space was very humid and quite cramped, making browsing a bit challenging. That said, if you’re looking for solid resistance machines that don’t need to be plugged in, it could be worth a look—assuming you can get proper access to them. Despite the environment, the staff was pleasant and helpful, which I appreciated.
