Highly recommend calling in to see Paul and having a look at his selection of supps. Very passionate about stocking the supps that actually work rather than just the big names. Great knowledge, I will be using him and his products often.

Paul Is the best training advisor I have ever come across. Very knowledgeable professional, highly recommended. Paul has 30+ years of Nutrition, Bodybuilding and fitness and health experience. I was Very happy with advise and I am stronger. A* service :)

Very experienced owner who has great knowledge, is very helpful and honest, and is an overall nice guy. The product selection is fantastic and the customer service was brilliant. Prices are also reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.
