24 hour shop that doesn’t answer the phone? Some people don’t just want Alchol, wanted to see if they sell a certain medicine, before I drove all the way there at 3 am, as me and my daughter are not well!! Thanks, great customer service! Answer the phone 24 hours?? Open??

Staff/Service: For many customers there is a barrier due to the lack of English Language, long waits during the day due to the only staff member available at the till also working on the Post Office counter. Also the use of own native language in front of non-speaking customers, giving the impression that customers are being spoke about. And lack of space provided for disabled persons due to stock being piled on aisles and portable shelving/baskets being put in inappropriate places. Hygiene: Appalling cleanliness of both inside and outside of store, shelves caked in dust and vermin seen running around outside on the grounds. Food and drinks being sold past the use by date and months after best before. Availability: Quite acceptable for a local convenience, snacks, cleaning products and everyday essentials stocked majority of the time. Price Fairness: Ridiculous amount charged for products, constant price hikes and priced marked products being sold above price. Change given incorrect many times within the day and pay-point amounts not correct. Security/Protocols: Numerous breaches of age limits when dealing with Scratchcards, age restricted items, alcohol and cigarettes. Customer safety in jeopardy due to drunken customers, threats of violence and the inability to walk safety across the car park area in front of the store.
