I ordered the beef steak and rice. I was told it would take 15–20 minutes, but it ended up taking around 30. That’s not a big issue — delays happen. What was disappointing was the food itself. I was really looking forward to a good-quality meal after a long day, but the beef was very old, tough, and chewy, I could not even finish it. I called afterward to politely give some feedback. The person who answered, who I believe was the owner, showed no concern and came across as accustomed to disappointed customers. I was told there were supply chain issues, but I was also told the beef had been delivered that same day, which didn’t add up. Overall, a very disappointing experience, both in food quality and customer service.

I have always ordered from Uber eats and just eat on many occasions but this time they messed up the order big time so I called them and can you believe these guys not even a apology but saying the did the order correct what kind of customer service is that I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DELI PASSION AGAIN POOR SERVICE
I Orderd 2 tuna cheese paninns to take out 🤦🏽♀️, It wasn't even toasted so it was a tuna cheese sandwich in a doughy thick dry bread🫣 and staff was rude wont be returning.
I order at least once a week - Food always on time and hot. LOVE the kebab wrap & chicken steak panini 👌🏽 Thank you so much 😊
