One star is more than this outfit deserve. I ordered a phone case in July 2019. The website stated delivery would be within 3-5 days (free). I received no email confirmation of my order, so two weeks' later I emailed for an update, but of course, received no reply. I was relying on the delivery time and had to buy a different case through a well known online retailer instead, (which was actually better and cheaper and arrived in the time stated). I eventually received the TopGadget phone case almost 4 weeks after placing my order, but never received a reply to my email (or apology for the delay or radio silence). Of course, they had no issues emailing numerous times requesting me to review them....well here is the review: I won't be using them again.

Ordered a case for my Samsung A6 tablet and Samsung S7 Edge, paid for both items by card, nothing received to confirm order. After a couple of days sent payment confirmation to ask for an update on the items ordered, received a response to say that he would check and advise, couple of days later advised items would be sent shortly. Upon receipt of this email, I wanted to double check that the A6 tablet case was the correct one, a response was received to say straight away that it was. Great, I thought. A couple of days later only the tablet case was received, sent an email straight away to advise phone case was missing, I was advised my order would be checked and I would be contacted....4 days later still waiting. Phone case eventually arrived, unfortunately it didnt fit the phone. Sent an email to advise I would return for a refund along with re-imbursement for the postage, due to the item being faulty. Just had the refund, however only £8.99 the cost of the phone case, there goes £1.67! All in all tab case is fab, shame about the time spent chasing the phone case for it to arrive faulty, and for me to be out of pocket by £1.67 let alone the time spent emailing.

Avoid. Ordered a phone case a month ago. Never received it. Sent numerous emails with slow responses looking for my address again when clearly they should have it on the order number? Now they have just stopped replying to my emails Poor customer service and a scam in my opinion I paid €48 for nothing. Have reported this matter to my bank. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Would never trust this seller. I ordereD a phone case for £8.99 on the 16th May 2017 and am still awaiting delivery on 22nd June. Promises that it's in the post. And that he has re delivered. Nothing not even offered refund.... taking dispute to pay pal.... May the buyer beware.....I agreed with the seller to alter my feedback if the case ever arrived. And lo and behold 4 days later it arrived.....but it was broken. The seller also gave me a refund after seeing my review... maybe shamed him into it.

I had some issues with my order however the company worked hard to ensure the refund was given and they kindly sent me an iPhone case to use for free as a goodwill gesture. They have some issues responding to messages but I found when contacting through text message they were very helpful and efficient in their responses
