I recently stayed at the Cedar Hotel in Bradford and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient, situated close to the motorway, which made travelling in and out extremely easy. The lobby is impressive, featuring a pool table and lovely Christmas decorations that created a warm, festive atmosphere. The bedrooms were a good size and well equipped with essentials like an iron and hair dryer. The shower and toilet were excellent - modern, clean, and very comfortable to use. However, the cleanliness of the carpets and walls could be improved, as there were noticeable stains that took away from the overall presentation of the room. Despite that, my stay was pleasant, and the hotel offers great value with its facilities and convenient location. I would consider staying here again.
We had a wonderful stay at Cedar Court Bradford, and a huge part of that was thanks to Chris. From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to make our stay with two children feel easy, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming. Chris was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, always happy to help with anything we needed – whether it was advice, small requests, or just making sure the kids felt comfortable and included. His warm and friendly manner really stood out and made a big difference to our overall experience. Travelling with children isn’t always straightforward, but Chris made it feel effortless. It’s rare to come across service that feels so genuine and thoughtful. Thank you, Chris, for making our stay so pleasant – we’ll definitely be returning and recommending Cedar Court Bradford to others!
Lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. A lot of the hotel has been refurbished but there is still room for some improvements. The staff were lovely especially Leanne who was very helpful and suggested places to visit. The hotel was quite quiet and unfortunately some choices weren't available on the menu.
I stayed at Cedar Court Hotel last month as I needed somewhere close to a wedding venue early the next morning. The price was competitive and reviews seemed decent, so I decided to stay here. My stay wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t great. I arrived late and had to use the self check-in system which was okay, just a bit slow after a long journey. When I got to my room, my key card didn’t work, and it was difficult to find someone at reception to help, which was frustrating when all I wanted was to get to bed. The biggest issue was the room. It had a strong lingering smell of smoke/cigarettes and felt quite musty, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The bedding also felt a bit itchy. The room was very outdated and quite basic overall. The bathroom felt like it hadn’t had much care or attention for a while either. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear people walking down the corridor and the rooms at either side. On a positive note, the car park is large with plenty of space and only around £4 for 24 hours which is reasonable. I didn’t get to use any facilities as I only needed a place to sleep. Overall, the hotel did the job, but I don’t think I’d stay again unless the rooms are refreshed and cleanliness improved.
We would like to give a huge shout-out to Naz at Cedar Court Bradford, who is truly exceptional. She always greets us so beautifully and instantly makes us feel like family. Naz is caring, considerate, and knows her job inside out. Her commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and making guests like us feel welcomed and settled in the hotel is second to none. It’s genuinely not the same when she isn’t around. She feels like part of the furniture—in the best possible way—and we always enjoy the lovely banter we share with her. Naz is professional, open, warm, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Her hosting skills are excellent, and she’s always there when needed. Me and my family adore her to bits and wish her every success in her role at Cedar Court Bradford. It’s because of people like Naz that we continue to return; she makes the whole experience wonderful. We’d also like to extend our best wishes to all the staff and management at Cedar Court. The hotel has really upped its game recently, and the rooms—especially the executive rooms—are delightful. They are extremely clean, furnished to high standards, and come with everything you could possibly need, including high-quality extras. You know a hotel is top-tier when they stock The White Company shampoos and conditioners—absolutely superb! If we were to make one small suggestion, it would be to add a standing wardrobe in the larger rooms so clothes can be hung up easily. Apart from that, the stay is exceptional—especially thanks to the brilliant management team, and of course, Naz. Without her, the place isn’t quite the same in terms of service! Best wishes, Tal and Aisha from Manchester
