I stayed here for a couple of weeks, whilst I was looking for a house in the area. I was made to feel very welcome and I found the room very comfortable and clean and spacious. I would thoroughly recommend this guest house.
This guest house was being used by my poorly friend. He said the heating hadn't been on all day. When I was there in the evening the heating was full on. It seemed good enough add a guest house with a full time attendant, pleasant and willing to help. The dining room looked clean and the atmosphere and surroundings looked rather quaint..
The worst 'guest house' in the country. The annex is another house over the road. The whole place, both main building and annex, is filthy. Stains on sheets, towels, walls and carpets. We stayed one night as it was too late to arrange anything else. Slept fully clothed and left as soon as it got light. I would rather sleep in my car than ever book a room here again. In fact I would rather crawl naked over broken glass and rusty nails then lick a bunch of nettles and pour battery acid in the open wounds than stay here again. Use at your own risk. And for Gods sake get your jabs.
The place was nice. Rooms smelled like smoke however which wasn't good. The breakfast was nice though and the hostess tried to make us feel welcome. Wifi was ok
Rooms are clean, but are smoking rooms so they stink. Cheap and cheerful. Cant ask for much more as a contractor. Pubs shops and takeaways near bu
