Not even 10 seconds as we walked in and we saw a mouse roaming around the place. Ended up spending 30 minutes of our paid 1 hour trying to get rid of the mouse which entered our booked room... Ended up going back home unwell as I have underlying health conditions.
Went Gametime to watch the footy, ended up watching a rat do a 100m sprint across our room. Atmosphere? 10/10. Hygiene? 🤮 I then went to advise staff of this and he laughed saying “oh that small mouse”. He definitely knew about it but didn’t decide to tell us.
Unreal experience, the desserts are beautiful - clean and spacious rooms! Gaming downstairs and snooker upstairs! Enjoyable experience in the massive VIP room! Will definitely be my go to place now!
