Victoria Hall Saltaire

Located at the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Saltaire, Victoria Hall is a beautiful 19th Century Grade 2* listed venue in a very special village.

Since it opened its doors in 1871, it was and continues to be a hub for celebrations, events and learning. The venue is also home to Yorkshire’s finest Wurlitzer Organ, owned and maintained by the Cinema Organ Society.

From staff away-days to weddings, birthdays, community events, TV/film locations and festivals - the venue has five stunning rooms available for hire and can accommodate up to 350 for large events in its grand Main Hall, with ample additional rooms for workshops, seminars or welcome drinks. Up to 180 can be seated for a sit-down meal and the venue has a variety of locally recommended suppliers from across West Yorkshire.

Victoria Hall hosts a variety of regular events throughout the year, including the CAMRA Bradford Beer Festival, Saltaire Festival & Arts Trail, Saltaire Live folk concerts, Rose & Brown Vintage fairs, Jewel of Yorkshire Dance Festivals, Yorkshire Craft Fairs and the annual Yorkshire CND Peace Fair. There’s also a variety of regular morning and evening classes including: pilates, ballroom dancing, karate, taekwondo, Zumba, ballet and philosophy classes.

Victoria Hall is managed by Shipley College on behalf of the Salt Foundation, a charitable Trust. All income and donations go directly into running and maintaining Victoria Hall as an integral part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Saltaire, ensuring it for future generations.
