Went here to watch Bangor racing was very good sat in the covered stand which would keep us dry should it rain. It is a little windy at times so dress to the weather. There is food that you can buy and they take cash and card. Toilets are available but are showing their age. Well worth a visit. The kids loved it. You can also take a picnic in too. We will be back.
Had a fantastic day out. Food was great and reasonably priced the stock cars were fantastic
This is quite a stunning setting. The site was an old quarry and dump and was built into an amphitheatre from building the embankments from rubbish. Went to a Bradford Bulls match and one the barman heard I had never been to a rugby league game before he gave a big welcome and a free pint. Definitely worth a detour for.
26 July 2025 BriSCA F1 Stock Cars World Semi Final + V8s and Historics. A meeting which improved with every race. Great performances by all formulas, and that massive fencing by 446 on #1, Wow, took everyones breath away and earned Booth rapturous applauses! A super stock car evening.
