Alhamduillah joined since Aug 2024 alot quite and peaceful . Here friendly people and staff members friendly kind and compassion .I'm glad I joined here . Couldn't ask more better is is the best gym in Bradford alot better than JD . As here staff members here to look after you thsnk you for your support .

Honestly exceptional customer service either on phone, by email and in real life. The only reason I took a stars off is because I like to be in the women’s section only, id say it could do with at-least one more bench since there’s only one (and most women train lower body and therefore use bench for hip thrusts), and more machines which target other parts of the body as there’s multiple just for chest etc. but other than that it’s great, clean nice changing rooms.

Best and clean gym near to my house . They conduct all kinds of activities and very happy from one thing there is separate room for girl and boys

Really disappointed in the women’s section, hardly any machines & the weight lifting section is abysmal. The staff were nice and it’s not the worst gym, but far from being the best.

Massively downgraded over the years while prices increase which is absolutely criminal. Worn out equipment from years ago, bathrooms stink and never maintained. Don't get me started on the sauna/steam room. Better (the company) need to sell this place to someone else.
