Absolutely love Bodyflex Gym in Bradford! As a woman, I couldn’t feel more welcome. The manager is truly amazing – so supportive, approachable, and always making sure the atmosphere stays positive and inclusive. The people who go here are just as incredible – it’s a small gym with a big heart, and the sense of community is something really special. The equipment is top-notch, everything you need and more. My only regret is not joining sooner. It’s hands-down the friendliest, most uplifting place I’ve ever trained. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a real fitness family!
A small and nice gym with a welcoming atmosphere. It has enough machines to train all muscle groups, with decent variations for each. Great for focused workouts without the crowd.
This gym is Brilliant with a very good vibe;where you feel welcomed and treated has a person rather than just a number. The equipment is exceptionally good and always well maintained. Love going here. Would definitely recommend to anyone to come try it out and join. It’s a city centre gym with a car park…love it u n would too.
Excellent gym! BodyFlex is well-equipped, and is great for people of all fitness levels. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and quick to help you with whatever you need. It has a family like atmosphere where everyone feels part of a community. Highly recommend!
Bodyflex is a proper gym! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Great female and male PTs. Great choice of machines and free weights. Ample cardio equipment and good size change room. BF 💪🏽❤️
