Amazing Gym! I am new to strong man lifting and the guys there are amazing to learn from for a beginner. Me and a friend have just started a few months ago and cant recommend The Kilo Club Gym enough.
Perfect setup for strength and conditioning, powerlifting, strongman and Olympic lifting. Top tier barbells and racks. Way better than Nuffield where I’ve been training at for a while. Time to switch to a Proper gym
Fantastic set up for any serious Strongman/ powerlifters with plenty of top spec specialist kit from the likes of Rogue, Cerberus, Primal, titex, alongside a full set of Spartan Atlas stones. The owner is very knowledgeable, super helpful, always makes time to speak with visitors or offer a spot where needed. Expect old school gym vibes, comradery and support with zero egos, alongside a proper gym soundtrack - 10/10 a must visit.
Amazing strongman/ powerlifting gym great atmosphere great people everything you will ever need, also the best PT sessions if your starting out or just need that extra push highly recommend
New gym opened up , so I decided to give it a try and I'm not disappointed one bit! The hospitality from the owner was above and beyond and the equipment is top notch so I will be coming regular!
