Andi is an excellent teacher. Her classes are energising and fun. I also really like the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. She is really helpful, also pays individual attention to people in the class. She will re-position you to help you get that extra boost from a pose and has helpfull. Highly recommended!”
I’ve been doing the vinyasa flow class since the studio opened in September. The sessions are challenging but Andi is careful to modify any moves she can see anyone is struggling with, so I always feel supported and safe. I enjoy Andi’s sense of humour and the laughter we inevitably have during class. I already feel part of the friendly and supportive community Andi is working hard to grow at Ananda Studio, and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of starting or returning to yoga.
Andi is an excellent teacher. Her classes are energising and fun. I also really like the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. I have hyper-mobile joints which mean I can sometimes over-extend in yoga poses and am prone to hurting my knees. She lets you know how far to go in a pose if you have injuries/weaknesses, which is really helpful. She also pays individual attention to people in the class. She will re-position you to help you get that extra boost😉 Highly recommended!😀
Great studio and a fab class. Ananda was very welcoming. It was my 1st yoga session as I’m new to the area and I’ve only done pilates previously. I left feeling energised. Looking forward to trying some of Ananda’s other yoga classes too.
I’ve been attending Andrea’s Tuesday morning vinyasa classes for about 7 years and they remain one of the highlights of my week. Every class is thoughtfully structured, always different and always enjoyable. Andrea has an incredible ability to guide each of us in a way that feels both supportive and challenging. She knows my weaknesses, encourages my progress and has helped me build real strength and confidence in my practice. Thanks to her guidance I’m not only physically stronger but I leave her classes feeling more grounded and energised. Andrea is a truly gifted teacher and I feel grateful to practice with her. And maybe one day we’ll all get our left & right in sync……’other left’
