Jazz is a genius and really understood what my body and mind needed out of the session. After a short conversation about the reason for my enquiry we got some observation of posture and weaker areas, The session was then mostly stretching, scraping and cupping relieving tension in the areas I need focus. Discussed follow up stretches and a gym plan to help with my weaknesses. I was very satisfied with my visit
I have just smashed my fitness test – a whopping 35% increase in just 8 weeks! Can't recommend highly enough. Lion Fitness is a totally non-poncey, friendly and non-judgemental environment for people of all levels to work-out. All you need is a will to succeed and a goal in mind, and Mark will work out how to get you there. It feels great when you get the results, so if you are considering it, all I can say is, in a few weeks time you could be feeling as smug as I do - go for it!
