I am really funny with fish and chips: it's either perfect or inedible. Jack's Chippy serves up an absolutely perfect fish and chips. The snow white fish was meaty and flaky and the chips complemented it beautifully. The batter was flavoursome and crispy. The staff was really lovely as well. Highly recommend a visit if you're coming to Bridlington!
After loads of fish n chips over the years from bridlington i can honestly say there's are the best
Doesn't look much from the outside, but the food is lovely, it's much nicer than the price would suggest, the staff are warm and inviting I think we spent just a touch over £30 for 2x OAP fish n chips n peas 3 teas and mushy peas and a scampi n chips and mushy peas and 3 slices of bread and butter, literally can't complain about anything
I had fish and chips here a few years ago, when it was the Naked Fish, and it was one of the best of my life! I still tell people about the experience all the time. Fish, chips, and mushy peas were perfection! Sad to hear that it's closed, but I'll definitely try out Jack's next time I'm in town.
Fantastic fish and chip restaurant. The picture is of an OAP special. A standard fish was huge!! Great fish, super crisp batter, scraps, chips were great, excellent mushy peas, super service, highly recommended!!
