I fed sorry forgot the Spar shop staff having to work with the nasty bunch of Post Office Staff . Rude, slow and totally miserable much of people . Totally lacking in customer service service skills

Have used this branch on a couple of occasions lately for Amazon return and currency collection. The lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Called in today sat 17/5/25 I visit here a lot. But lady working in post office today was rude and so unhelpful I had put post in order with some details on back to help me with tracking as all going to same person but packed different to ensure limit in postage value was met. When I asked for help with order she talked to me like I was a second class citizen and she shuffled them all together and said do it yourself. I have employed dozens of people for customer service roles so know importance of post. Perhaps if I had my suit on instead of dog walking clothes she might have had a better attitude. I did comment on her poor customer service and she said goodbye and walked off.
