I agree with what Julie has said in previous review. M***s is the most miserable, sour faced customer service assistant I have ever come across, cannot reply to a greeting, slow to do anything, leaves you waiting forever and then when she does “notice you” you feel like your bothering her for just doing her job. If you’re not happy with you’re job, find a new one Mav, but don’t make people feel bad for just wanting to buy something at a shop, manners cost nothing and how’s about you check out Roald Dahl’s description of ugly and have some “good thoughts” once in a while cos you’ve been depriving yourself for years it would appear. I wish the self checkout actually worked because it would be more efficient and more polite. Long live AI , if this is what we have come to!
Just been into costcutters 19.20 pm on the 15th November it’s not the first time or myself either but when she is working you feel like slashing your wrist so miserable no customer communication skills ever you say hello she just ignore you very abrupt even people say she is always miserable but she makes you feel miserable as well when you come out all the other staff are absolutely fantastic I can’t actually believe she still works there I said hello for five minutes and was just about to walk out when she came around the corner as a laugh I said I could of walked out with these all she said was so what I’m sorry to say if I see her working I will go to the next shop further on I needed to bring this to your attention and surprised nobody has reported her before we all have some problems but never ever take it to work but every time I have seen her and others she has brought customers down always hope I hear from you regarding this matter
Only allowed to drop of medium sized parcels for pick up
I've just discovered just how much money your coining in from the mail service u provide, its rather a lot!! That being said if your making that much why can't u open a dedicated till just for mail? That would be much fairer to ordinary customers who realy don't expect to wait in post office type queues! Offering these extras is one thing but u have to adapt your buisness to these services and not just blunder forward as u are at present ay, u r putting off ur local regulars! Not good buisness!!!
Poor customer service from Jayne again, it feels like she doesn't even want to be there. No eye contact, looks unhappy. She just throws your items in a bag without any care, and God forbid you bring your own bag as she'll just throw your things on the counter. Customer care is zero, i give 4 stars if it wasn't for the bad customer service from her as the rest of the staff are lovely
