if i could give it zero stars i would, very poor customer service, the woman with glasses and brown curly hair shouted in our faces and snatched the milkshake out of my friends hands. she proceeded to kick us out of the shop at 21:59 and then offered us a refund then threw the coins at our faces. they said they were closing all the machines down however she proceeded to let a man use the milkshake machine after her atrocious behaviour. There was no need for the attitude as we were very respectful and she was rude for no reason. I do not recommend going here at all. i will not be attending here until she’s gone. just find it very weird how a 60 year old women was harassing 16 year old girls
My local corner shop. Always get a friendly service from the staff and it has a decent range of convenience items, foods, drinks etc. prices not that dearer than supermarkets and sometimes cheaper!
This shop is really hit and miss but usually miss with their attitude towards customers. If you get lucky you be served my someone who is happy to serve you but other times they seem really put out that you're giving them money. Will never go again after my experience taking in a my Hermes parcel (they are a drop of point). Cashier said it was too big and, I quote "had to be the size of a crisp packet box only". Although I tried explaining what my Hermes specify on their website, I still had to take it elsewhere and use more petrol than I intended to. They took it no problem. The lady at one stop was extremely rude about it, otherwise I wouldn't have minded her not knowing what she was talking about. Never going again. Hopefully the shop manager will read this and figure out which of their staff need more training.
Rude rude staff and prices are extortion. Don’t shop in there. Go to coop or wearing green. Staff are so helpful and lovely there
I’d like to praise jo she’s recently new to the store maybe been there a month or bit more... I’m a regular customer and I came to the story on her first day ever since she’s always been polite and friendly. Tonight i entered the store after a difficult few weeks which jo remembered from me saying a few weeks back she took the time out to speak to me and comfort me.. such a valuable member of staff
