Got everything I wanted bar one item on a big shopping list. Some shelves unsurprisingly a little bare at the time I went. Staff quick to help despite being busy. Used the manned checkout and was pleased with the speed it was done. Tends to be my go to store as it's nearby so I know way around. Did find somethings moved but easily found them.

Yet again the salad pasta bar is empty and this is at 12:15. It is not checked and filled anywhere near enough this should be a priority on lunch time. Hot food was also empty. Left without purchasing and when elsewhere. Poorly managed store!

A Heartfelt Thank You to the Morrisons Brough Team As a Muslim working in Brough, one of the daily challenges I faced was finding halal food options for lunch. Being limited in what I could eat, there were many days I had to go without a proper meal simply because there were no suitable options available. It wasn’t just inconvenient — it was disheartening. But something truly remarkable happened. One day, a staff member at Morrisons noticed my situation. Instead of just sympathizing, they took action. They approached me personally, asked about my dietary needs, and genuinely wanted to know what kinds of halal options I’d prefer for lunch. I was honestly touched by their kindness — but even more so by what followed. After several weeks of effort, follow-ups, and coordination behind the scenes, the Morrisons Brough team kept their word. They successfully introduced halal lunch options tailored to my needs. Their commitment wasn’t just about stocking a few items — it was about making someone feel seen, respected, and valued as part of the community. Thanks to their initiative, I can now enjoy a proper lunch during my shifts. It may seem like a small change, but for me, it made a big difference. It showed the true meaning of inclusivity and customer care. I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to the amazing staff at Morrisons Brough. Your effort didn’t go unnoticed. You made a real impact, and I am genuinely grateful. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Very against homeless people!!!! A member of staff I believe was a manager called Hannah I think. came out and said on her headset can we call the police for this homeless guy outside. I overheard the conversation and her attitude was very abrupt like she thinks she owns the place. The homeless gentleman was sat not asking anyone for a thing or causing a issue at all. Yes maybe sat with cap out but never asked anyone for nothing. The homeless person packed his belongings up and went into the store to use the toilet only to come out of the toilet to be greeted by 2 police officers. This made the gentleman upset and shouted was very distressing to see. I will be making a complaint about this issue I have video evidence. I hope the gentleman got help he needs
