This is our local shop. Great atmosphere as staff are great people! There is a charge for cash back or using the ATM however paying card does not charge you. Items are usually more expensive than elsewhere but that’s to be expected with a nisa selling coop goods.

one of the best customer service in Sheffield. Connor and the team are always smiling with positive energy they emitting you want to go to shop and spend money. They all should get pay rise or bonus for superb effort they do for years. Well done guy's you all should be proud of yourself!!! strongly recommend it

Feel welcome when I go in. It's more personal than a bigger supermarket. They get to know you by name. Enjoy the atmosphere. It's clear to see the effort that Connor, Dilys and Sam put into their jobs.

Charge customers 35p to use debit cards for the privilege of buying their already overpriced goods. Charge 5p for a carrier bag although this only applies to companies with more than 200 staff, and as we know, this is a franchise with 10 staff at most. Charge £1.60 for cash back. Check your receipt as I'm often charged more than the price on the shelf ticket. Recently put milk up to £1.50 for a 4 pint. Fresh chicken breasts have been off on a few occasions I've bought them.

Very nice local shop clean and tidy with excellent staff ,Charlie is very helpful and goes out of his way to help ,nothing is too much trouble.fantastic customer service skills which makes me want to come back .
