Bought a few things today, a bar of chocolate, which when I got home was COMPLETELY off the BBD (best before date) which was the 14th of September thid year, a new choice of Monster Energy which was WAY over priced at about £3.70 whereas a normal one costs roughly £1.65 to £1.85 which I'd accept as usual, and soke swuashies which were perfectly fine, still ate the chocolate after tasting it, seemingly fine but they need to restock once items are past their due date, because the chocolate wqs a creamy white colour, which is not normal for milk chocolate. Please update the stock once they're past their date, thanks.

Used to be a regular at this shop but not anymore. Customer service from shopkeeper is non-existent. No hello, thank you etc. Also they keep selling out-of-date stuff. Will shop elsewhere now.

Beware of using for valuable parcels. They ask you to leave them in the middle of the shop where anyone could walk off with them. Just had a claim resolved where tracking said it never left the shop.

Went here this morning to return a parcel, I was in a bit of a mess as I am suffering with a broken shoulder and had never done a return before. Roxy was so lovely, she helped me sort it out and even sealed my parcel for me. I can't recommend this shop highly enough and they have got a lovely member of staff in Roxy. Thank you so much.
