I honestly couldn’t recommend this dealership enough. I bought a Golf from them and from start to finish the whole experience was amazing. Everyone there is so lovely, honest, friendly, and reliable. My mum had also bought her car from them, so we already knew it was a team we could trust. Kev was brilliant during the sale he helped me find the perfect car and made everything feel easy and stress free. Josh and Mark were also fantastic and supported me with everything else I needed. They all went above and beyond, especially when my previous car was written off and I had no idea where to start. Their advice and kindness really made a difference during a stressful time. After the sale, I had a problem with my parking sensor and radio, so I popped in after work to explain. Mark was incredibly lovely and approachable. He listened, understood the issues straight away, and went through his diary to book me in around my awkward work hours, so accommodating. My car was taken in and sorted within a day, and he explained clearly what the problem was and what they’d done to fix it. As a young woman dealing with this on my own, I truly felt looked after. When I dropped the car off and was waiting for a lift, Mark even stayed with me to make sure I was okay. It was such a kind gesture that meant a lot. The whole team is genuinely wonderful, so honest, friendly, and trustworthy. From the sales process to the after care, they really do go above and beyond. An absolutely fantastic team and a garage I’d recommend to anyone!

***WARNING / AVOID *** Unnecessary Work, Inflated Pricing, Poor Quality, and No Transparency Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Jct32. There are many other reputable garages to choose from, so I strongly advise you avoid if you want a quality job, with good communication and documentation, at a reasonable price. I selected Jct32 based on positive reviews, which, looking back, I now question the genuineness of. I took my vehicle in to diagnose and resolve a clutch issue and to carry out a service while it was in. I was offered a verbal potential issue and estimate over the phone and agreed only to necessary work at a reasonable price, using quality parts and workmanship. Unfortunately, what followed was very concerning: No proper diagnosis was ever provided. The only explanation I received was “air in the system,” which does not justify replacing major components and raises serious questions about whether the work was necessary. The parts were priced around 50–100% higher than typical retail prices I checked afterward. When I repeatedly requested part numbers or justification for these costs, none were provided. The clutch felt the same after the repair, and I had to return immediately. I was told the system needed to be bled again, suggesting the job was not completed properly the first time. No service checklist, technician notes, diagnostic details, or any documentation were supplied at all. For such an expensive job, this level of paperwork should be standard. Claimed no issues identified on service, which missed two major issues subsequently identified on a vehicle health check shortly after that should have been picked up on the service, raising the question of what service actually took place. Communication has been slow and evasive. I was repeatedly told that documents would be sent “asap,” but more than two weeks later nothing has been provided. Because of these issues - unclear necessity of the work, extremely high pricing, poor initial workmanship, and lack of transparency - I am now seeking a chargeback with my card provider and arranging for the work to be inspected independently by a Kia main dealer.

What can I say other then these guys are amazing! This is the 3rd car myself and fanily have purchased from Kev which says alot about not only him as a person but also as a business man. From the 1st meeting with Kev he was such a genuine guy, he answered all my questions, let me test drive the car properly rather then the usual 10 minutes up and down a road and even went out of his way to keep hold of the car whilst I was on holiday. There was no rush to buy and no hard sales techniques used, just honesty and understanding. 100% recommend the garage for buying and fixing of cars.
