Jill was excellent. I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily using the website. She figured out the problem straight away and even after the first session, I noticed an improvement. I have had 3 sessions now and my problem has pretty much gone away, but I won’t hesitate to come back again in future. Highly recommend.

Went in with shin pain that was stopping me from running. Jill was very professional and knowledgeable and got to work on my issue right away. Very informative and supportive on what I needed to do to address the issue, with advice on how to progress my injury recovery over time. 4 weeks on from my initial appointment and I am running pain free!

Jill was fantastic, I have been suffering with a shin splint in my right leg as a result of taking up running over the last year during lockdown and she has been so helpful in terms of pinpointing the issue, working on exercises to help it and of course to stop it from coming back repeatedly. She is professional, friendly and welcoming - the person I spoke to initially on the phone before my appointment with Jill was also great and really helpful when I was explaining my injury to her. I had my final session yesterday and I am already seeing improvement but I can't thank Jill enough for all her help, I would 100% recommend her to any one with an annoying injury of any kind!
