Attended physio appointments with Josephine Okeneye. I can highly recommend, very professional, informative, and helpful. I followed the exercises given and my issue has now been resolved.
I’ve had quite a few physio sessions now the last 3-4 have been with Akanksha She is Absolutely brilliant I’ve seen a lot more improvement since attending sessions with this lovely lady. I’m really gutted that my sessions won’t be continued with her as I feel I was finally getting somewhere with my injury’s. Thank you so much for always listening and getting me as far as I have now! You are a credit to sano physiotherapy.
Absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend. Akanksha was really understanding and met my needs perfectly. Range of stretches and exercises given and adapted as needed with each session. Akanksha was professional as well as easy to communicate with. Massages moved more knots than I realised I had! Will be using again!

I am coming up to my last session with Akanksha following a RTC in which I injured my fingers. I am very shy and it was a daunting prospect to attend physio however Akanksha has made me feel extremely comfortable through all my sessions and I am extremely pleased at the progress I have made. I wasn’t sure I would get full movement back in my fingers however by following the exercises and support given in my sessions I am so impressed at the range of movement that has come back in my fingers. Brilliant experience throughout and would recommend Akanksha and Sano physio to everyone. 10/10
