We visited around 2pm on a Friday afternoon and there were plenty of seats available. Drinks were served quickly and the cakes were nice. Toilets were clean and no code needed like in some. Plenty if free parking

I have to say that we were served tonight by the rudest member of staff. We arrived at 5.45 - 15 minutes before closing but there were still customers sitting inside. We had takeout drinks but the member of staff was rude, was banging cups and had zero manners. I would say she needs further customer service training because it’s bad reflection on your company. We did warn another customer, who came in after us, that he was in for a frosty reception.

Disappointing experience. The coffee was weak and overpriced, the café wasn’t very clean, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. I wouldn’t mind paying more for quality, but this just didn’t deliver. Won’t be coming back.

We timed it just right.Costa was busy but not overly so. The staff were very polite and welcoming. There was a good selection of cake available. This of course makes it difficult choosing the right one. The drinks were soon ordered and prepared. We easily found a table and were pleased to see the table cleared. Other empty tables in the cafe were also clean. This is not always the case in other establishments. So that's a plus factor from me. The cake we chose was excellent, as was the coffee and tea. The cost was very competitive with other establishments in the area.

We were served very quickly by a lovely member of staff who was cheerful and helpful. The coffee was awesome and the cake delicious. Reasonably priced too.
