Went into the store today 25 July , store was clean and tidy and well presented and all the stock was on sale what I needed to buy, lady on tills offered me a hand basket and asked me for more card on tills and even offered to pack my bags and even offered to hold the door for. Me on the way out, absolutely 5 star service

I’ve just faced my first racism in Meanwood with the new rude, racist bully that has been hired newly in the shop. Feels customers should wait for him - no respect and when confronted he called me cheeky and refused to serve me. I never believed it when my neighbours were talking about his racism. Literally chased me out. Never ever had an issue with anyone there. The atmosphere used to be great- Untill he came.
