I just wanted to share what an outstanding experience we had at Morrisons! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we needed and had a smooth shopping trip. A special shoutout to Chris, the manager, who truly embodies what great customer service is all about. He was kind, approachable, and went out of his way to help us — even gave me a discount, which was such a generous and unexpected gesture! It’s rare to see that level of care and personal touch these days, and it honestly made our day. Thank you to Chris and the whole Morrisons team for creating such a positive shopping experience — we’ll definitely be coming back! Kind regards Mandy Bhamra

Caution! Caution! Caution! Check your payment, check your MORE priced discount items, they changed the normal or wrong discount price even after you scan your membership card, beware! Came here for months, no improvement whatsoever, 10 times out of 8 something always over charged.

As a former morrisons employee and someone who is very aware of the 5 star service target of morrisons I do have to say that this is probably one of the worst in Leeds excluding the city Centre site. Today, while I was there I was unable to purchase any cooked meat because they only had ham and chicken… I asked an employee what was going on as all of the meat in the cooked meat section seemed to be getting replaced with ham Essentially, what has happened is a task which used to belong to the deli department, of ordering the required stock for the deli has been contracted out to an AI system that Looks through the camera cameras to see what is it isn’t on the shelves… it doesn’t work, please use humans as they will not make such bad mistakes that I had to get no cooked meat at all

Never went to Morrisons before today but fully overwhelmed their products line and price range. It's highly appreciable that their service along with products availability everything satisfactory. Highly recommended 😊

Not sure why my review was deleted! Over zealous security woman shouted at me in the car park for taking a photo of the sky, telling me that I wasn't allowed to take photos onsite (of the sky 😂), accused me of taking more photos in store, and then refused to apologise to me when I showed her my camera roll where I hadn't taken any photos or videos in store, apart from the one of the sky, that I've just uploaded. I don't mind being accused, but do it in the right way (i.e. Don't shout at me in the car park in front of other customers, and don't be afraid to apologise when falsely accusing, and the customer is kind enough to show you their camera roll). Next time I won't be so willing to show my camera roll. Please don't delete my review again. Also thought it was funny that the store manager responds to all the positive comments, but isn't willing to take responsibility or respond to the negative reviews.
