One Stop

Sometimes their price lables arent the actual price for things but the allways honour the lable if its brought up. The staff can be quite nice. They're always willing to help if they aren't busy which is fair. They have good reductions on things about to go off or that theyre trying to clear. Sometimes they have those free sticker books for kids. My sisters love them. The food selection is good but their meal deal should be cheaper. £4 for a drink, main, and snack. Thrn their freezer meal deal is main, side, side or desert for £6. They have very few deserts on said offer though and most of the time theyre sold out. Theres more sides than mains for both types but thats not their fault

I visited this store tonight after a bonfire event and 2 minutes into my walk down the street after visiting, i realise my wallet was no longer in my possession. I scaled up and down the street twice and could not find it. I later revisited the shop to look inside the shop for my wallet, which was the last place i could remember having it. I checked everywhere in the store possible and then asked a member of staff if they had seen my wallet, he replied ‘no’ with a smirk on his face as to which i replied ‘why’ his excuse was that it was too late to check them. I told him that there was important items in there such as my card and my provisional but he seemed to not care and proceeded to laugh and smirk at me. I asked the other member of staff, the woman behind the till, who was actually about to use her generosity to go and check, but the other member of staff heard and told her not to. The way the male staff member acted was inappropriate as he continued to laugh and smile despite me voicing my stressful situation which I find completely disrespectful and inconsiderate.

I've been visiting this place regularly and have always received excellent customer service and friendly and polite staffs. They are updating many things on the store. In my opinion, one stop offers better quality products, great deals, and competitive prices. They're truly a one stop shop, with everything you need including a variety of takeaway food options.

CONVENIENT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY

The cashier at the One Stop store, Hallifax Rd Liversedge made an error approx 5 weeks ago. When I asked for £50 to be uploaded to a prepay card she charged me only £15. Returning to the store today the manager showed me cctv and receipts and asked for the difference to be paid which I did. When I left he proceed to bad mouth me to the other customers, unfortunately a friend was in the store and heard everything. I corrected THEIR error and was bad mouthed behind my back in front of members of public. The customer service in this store, as others have said, is appalling. I won't be back here or any other One Stop shop in the near future.
