Nice food but really slow service. Waited for over 2 hours, when they said It would be 45mins to 1 hour
Order from Wonderful regularly and I have never had a problem. The food is fresh and hot. The portions sizes are generous and the service from the phone to the delivery or even collection , they are always pleasant and polite.
This is my first ever complaint on any site... The young lady who took our order is a credit to this establishment, lovely, polite, and had lots of patience. I ordered beef chow mein, Kung po chicken. Fried rice and salt n pepper chicken. I got prawn crackers free. That was the best part of the meal. One word tasteless... I rang up and complained. I didn't want to post anything, but the owners weren't bothered. Probably the only thing I wanted was for them to take on board their tasteless food. But unfortunately, they weren't bothered, which is rubbish. Good luck when ordering. Again, thank you to the lovely lass on the other end of the phone.
Used to be so good but since the prices went up the service and speed seems to have gone shockingly bad. The main issue is its now super common to call for a collection order and get told 15 / 20 mins to collect it. Fine. Yet you turn 20 mins after ordering up and sit waiting for a further 20 or 30 minutes while the food is cooked. Sort it out, you used to be reasonably priced and have great service. Now your over priced and terrible service.
Very very disappointed βΉοΈ I wanted to treat my granddaughter as her mum had been in hospital. We ordered sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was probably chicken thigh meat, as it was more grey in colour. It was very dry and stringy and difficult to chew. I also ordered egg fried rice and curry sauce, which was also disappointing!
