Ordered 3 pizzas online for the first time, and all three arrived burnt. When I contacted them, they only replaced one pizza, even though all were clearly inedible. Not sure how that makes sense—if you burn 3, you should replace 3. Pretty disappointing for a first experience, and honestly, I won’t be ordering from here again. Worst pizza ever had in the UK!!
Food delivered warm, not acceptable after waiting over an hour, the food wasn't accepted at the door and sent back o the instruction of the guy in the shop. I rang the shop to let him know immediately and no offer of hot fresh pizza was offered after waiting over an hour we had to order from somewhere else. We have not ordered since, we used to order every weekend sometimes twice.
Ordered a few times from here since moving into the area. The pizzas are always delicious and it never takes longer than 20 mins for collection. Definitely our favourite pizza place!
It’s been a while as we’ve had some bad experiences with miss orders and food not as good as it used to be, and gave poor reviews, however, what a meal tonight. Thought we’d go for their special kebab with all the meats, salad, chips and two pita breads. What a meal, meat was very tasty and cooked well, a huge portion (think I will be having it for the next few days….) great value for the price, tasty and for the price you could feed a family of 4 for a Saturday night treat.
