Decent size and location. As per previous reviews, no cash payments and the prices seem to have increased further to a photo posted previously.
Only able to pay by a parking app. Whilst this is ok for some. It can be stressful for people who may not be tech savvy and cause undue stress. A simple card payment machine option would be appreciated. It was clear it was not liked as it was almost empty at a time I would have thought it to be difficult to get a space in it.
Received a PCN for not paying within 5 mins. Joined the group on Facebook who gave fantastic advice. Just under a year after numerous emails,letters,phone calls the case has been discontinued. Stand up to this company and don't give in. They are just out to make as much money as possible by unscrupulous methods. Do not use this car park spread the word!!!!! The signs were incorrect showing the incorrect tariffs. Advertised as 1.00 but took 1.20.
It was unable to give no stars so had to settle for 1. This car park and the providers are just a full on scam. It is IMPOSSIBLE to pay using the app stated on the boards provided and they allow you less than 5 minutes to make a payment or get out. Grand total of 12 minutes trying to work out how to pay or where to go with three mardy kids in tow in the school holidays. Appealed it anyway but informed that my reason does not stand so 12 minutes cost me a lovely £60 fine. ***** AVOID AT ALL COSTS and don’t give them your hard earned money ****** Absolute scam artists.
Adding to negative reviews. App confusing, sometimes doesn’t work. Copped a fine when we thought we paid but turns out it was only a verification charge. If you want to park for castle, just park across the road.
