I spent a fair bit of time researching upholstery cleaning services and gathering multiple quotes before selecting Xtrafresh Carpet Care. Though this wasn’t the cheapest option, Jake's website, reviews, insurance, and high standards suggested a quality service and choosing him absolutely paid off. Jake is a genuinely wonderful guy. He was polite, respectful of surrounding property, and meticulous in his attention to detail. It was obvious he took real pride in his work. What truly set him apart was his aftercare. I mentioned a small concern, and Jake returned within 24 hours - on Christmas Eve!! He cleaned the affected areas again, gave them an additional complimentary treatment, and would not accept anything for the additional hours of work, this says a lot about his character. We cannot recommend Xtrafresh Carpet Care enough and we will definitely be having Jake back again. Quality service, integrity, and genuine care exactly what you hope for when choosing a professional. Highly recommend Jake! He got us booked in quickly and managed to change my booking time around to better suit me on short notice! Our carpet looks as good as new again, so pleased with how fresh it feels! Would deffo use his services again! Very friendly and professional too.

Jake has now cleaned 3 of my carpets which have never been cleaned professionally since we had them done years ago. One of which was a carpet of 20+ years which we needed cleaning before selling our home. He made them all look brand new and even protected them for future stains which has already come in handy! He has also cleaned my daughter’s car and somehow made that look (and smell) brand new as well! Highly recommend and dont plan to use anybody else. Professional and informative in his work. Will be booking in for another car clean soon!
