Reception staff on the phone were lovely, managed to get same day appointment, also the new doctor was fantastic, very thorough.

mostly only good things to say about this practice. theres a lovely young lad called charlie that works in the reception. hes always going the extra mile to resolve any problems that i have and will go above and beyond to help you. the only issue with the practice is the phonelines shut on thursday afternoons and its impossible to contact them if you need to. also jenn the mental health nurse is really lovely and caring towards me and listens to me.

Staff at the reception desk were kind and helpful although the Dr i saw was so rude and inconsiderate asif he didn't want me there, just didn't seem like he wanted to help at all. Even though i was suffering something very serious

Phoned a 8.50am & allocated an appointment at 9.30am. Friendly & polite reception staff. A Doctor I hadn't met before, listened to me as a whole person not just a medical case.

Young male receptionist working in Conisbrough is extremely rude! Always says just wait a minute... stood waiting other day while he sorted a greggs delivery out for him and his colleagues. Continues to just stand in the back even when pressing the bell. Today patients been stood 20 mins+ whilst he was in the back even though the bell was rung numerous times. The way he speaks to patients is outrageous, when trying to explain our needs he talks over you and gives his opinion rather than listening to us.
