Absolutely disgusting treatment I booked my car in to be collected for a MOT on Monday for Wednesday 2.30pm gave them all my details full address mobile etc. Bare in mind they did my full service and MOT last year through services stop. I asked my mum to give them my keys as I had an appointment at 2pm. When I got home at 3 my car had not been collected. So I called them thinking they were just delayed. He flippantly said oh it's too far we don't collect from your address so I asked why couldn't you have let me know that ?? He stated they are a busy garage. I don't know how with customer service like that?? I'm on crutches and unable to drive to a garage at present so now have to find someone else to collect and MOT due in a week 😡😡😡😡😡

AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE! Took car in for MOT which cost us £300 to pass. Expected to pick up car in great safe drivable condition after spending that kind of money. Collected car and engine light was on. Garage admitted fault and changed 1 sensor. The following day the light came back on.. When handing our car over no engine light was on. Advised it was the other sensor but safe to drive and refused to replace even though they are at fault. 2 weeks on and our car starts to make a rattling noise from underneath the car. While we were driving the exhaust back box fell off.. WE HAD TO CALL AA OUT to recovery us. I seriously wouldn't recommend this garage at all. Earlier on in the year we took car in for coolant tank to be fixed as it was leaking.. This is still clearly leaking and we paid £50 for this to be fixed. We have taken car for a second check up as we didn't feel safe driving the car and received a bill of £480 to do all the work this garage was supposed to do plus other dangerous errors which should of been picked up on the MOT including a full exhaust, coolant tank and brake pads that had overheated and were dangerous to continue to use but previously told from this garage it was safe to drive.. I am not impressed. This garage has taken advantage of us and taken money for service they haven't provided.

I’ve never had a problem here tbh always spot on with prices and work They get you in pretty fast too I’ve got a big van only reason I stopped going they don’t mot mark 7 Apart from that Good set of lads
