Well what can I say, the team at the nail bar are absolutely amazing, they deliver an amazing service every time I go. Each client is greeted as they walk in and nothing you want is too much. I have had some fantastic nail designs and had many compliments on my nails. I would never go anywhere else! It’s a 10 out of 10 for me and I have been going for nearly 2 years so that must tell you something! ❤️

I have been coming here for years now, Every time I get my nails done I am never disappointed. The staff are professional and friendly, If you bring them a nail design, they will create it Exceeding expectations. The pedicure is amazing and The massage chair And foot spa are what dreams are made of.

I’ve been going to the nail salon for about 8 months now. They last anywhere between 4-6 weeks (photos attached are 6 weeks that need changing and new) My nails have never been better, I have product on my natural nails . No appointment needed , just turn up and wait. It is a really nice family run business and the owners are so friendly and welcoming .

Really great nail bar been coming for a few years. Staff really friendly and always do an amazing job on hands and feet! Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this place for over one year religiously every two weeks and for the past three times my nails just haven’t been up to scratch. They are either chipped, not level with one another and has felt rushed every single time, even cutting me at some points. Last time I visited, I asked if they could cut my cuticles as they hadn’t and they told me there’s an extra £20 charge as this is now classed as a manicure in addition? Never heard anything like it. Anyhow, I have had biab before here and I have visited this morning to ask for an acrylic soak off which they had previously done, with my nails then to be filed down and biab. She asked me why I want this? Surely I can choose what I like and when I tried to show her photo of the length I’d like as she wasn’t listening, she almost told me off and said show me on your own nails. The attitude of who I believe the woman who owns this store, stinks and I sort of breeze over it every time in hope it is somewhat a language barrier however today has been horrendous and they have just lost a regular client who returned for over one year. As you can see I have religiously gone back to them despite not being 100% satisfied every time but I will not be returning, I asked for a simple pink biab which they have done previously before yet she continued to give me clear to a point where I asked is this the base and she said no clear biab. I then said I mentioned I wanted baby pink when I walked in and she said we only do clear so I said why didn’t you say that at the start to which I was verbally abused, telling me she remembered when I had biab last and I was lying? I asked if she could take off what she’d already done and I would go elsewhere which she did with such temper. She has cut my nails and cuticles to bleed, there was no please there was no thank you when I paid and I would recommend everybody not to go to this salon and put money into peoples pockets who tell the customer they are wrong and treat and speak to individuals the way they do I am absolutely disgusted.
