saw the pharmacist today with painful sinusitis, had for two weeks in complete agony with facial pain, blocked nose no sleep etc. lady who took me into a room said we will get you some antibiotics as it’s sinusitis then changed her mind after clicking away on her computer for nearly 20 mins. She said I don’t qualify and will have two weeks on nasal spray. So incredibly frustrating when you KNOW your body is fighting off an infection. I haven’t ever taken antibiotics! There was no empathy or compassion. Badly run, bad attitude, whole process took an hour and a half just for her to give me a nasal spray that’s for hayfever!
Usually good but lately messed up my repeat meds and the service was poor. Also, again recently, pharmacist 'out to lunch' when they actually close for lunch? Changed my pharmacy.
Having to wait once again for an item on my repeat prescription even although they have that item on the shelf for sale to buy it happens time and time again
Been with these guys for years. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and service.
Helpful staff good place to get your pins if your on cycle 💪💪💪
