Leak Trace & Access Specialists

I recently had a leak at my property, and Brett from Leak Trace & Access was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, Brett was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly identified the source of the leak using advanced detection methods and carried out the repair with precision. Communication was clear throughout, and the work was completed to a very high standard. Brett worked diligently to find a leak in the central heating pipework under the floorboards and then successfully repaired it. We were very happy with his work.

Excellent service. After my boiler stopped working, and my usual gas engineer said there was a leak somewhere in the heating system. He suggested that I get a 'leak specialist', best thing I ever did. Brett was polite, efficient and did what 'it said on the tin'. He used his specialist equipment to find the leak (under floor boards in my case). The culprit pipe was replaced and all up and running again within one morning. It was not cheap, but at least I didn't end up with test holes all over the floors/walls etc. So cost effective.
