Very bad rude lady went to post office time was 12 closing time was 1 oclock she refused to take me in only 3 customers was inside
When I use this post office I get all the help, info and advice I need, given politely with a smile. A large selection of lovely, good quality cards and selling boxes and bags to post things in. Let's keep using our post office because it is important in our community 😊
Went to post parcels before 12.00pm....they are open to 1 on Saturday. To be told that they are not taking parcels because they shut at 12?? That's funny because the lady in front of me you offered to take hers but they wouldn't go until Monday.. but she neede them going today! I was never offered that..and i was happy for mine to go monday.. But just got told no... Poor service! Poor attitude! Will not use again! Will use balby instead
There is usually only one lady standing there. Customer service is attentive and friendly.
Top class service lovely lady nothing too much trouble. We are lucky to have someone like her in the village x
