I ordered a gingerbread latte but I was given a regular latte. I said multiple times that I wanted a gingerbread latte. The server kept saying latte and I replied yes gingerbread latte. In the middle of this conversation he got distracted and served another customer. Think his name was Josh. Sort it out Greggs

The manager Georgia was a lovely lady she helped with my order was polite and attentive.. the attitude was gentle and polite the other staff members were just as polite.. a great start to my morning
