B&Q Dewsbury

I'm not from Dewsbury and only popped in out of necessity. I have to say this was the best B&Q I've been to. I was served by Will on the check outs, what a nice man a credit to the company!

My husband bought a wooden yard broom a few weeks ago. I have used it maybe six times. The plastic join between the broom head and the handle snapped yesterday. I took it back today. They refused to replace it without a receipt. He didn't keep the receipt. I shall not shop there again.

Must be paint in the air, everyone was so happy. Aleisha, lovely girl, cant spell her own name. Made me a tin of ‘purr purr meow meow’ paint as she called it and threatened me nicely to sign up on b&q’s clubcard thing.

My favourite store to buy household and diy items. Quality products at reasonable prices.

Had a product I needed to exchange, the item was a special buy so not something stocked by the store, the item was almost out of its warranty period. Staff member Leah was very helpful and had great customer service dealing with me. Also staff member Katelyn went above and beyond to help get me an exchange item something she technically didn't need to do. They are both a credit to the store, both are great assets to the company. It's not often you get good customer service these days
