Fantastic service sorry can't remember staff name .lovely lady I came in on the 9 10 25 bought oven sink and hob.The lady that service us did it on the computer for us so we could have it delivered .Very helpful. Deliver also was on time great experience

Not a big store, and if you want click and collect on som items it is virtually impossible due to stock limitations. But for basic diy it's fine

Firstly, Not enough staff around and inexperienced staff at that. There needs to be more older staff that know stuff. Secondly, get rid of the self-serve checkouts and use more senior/real people with experience. It's líke they're putting slower/inexperienced staff in on purpose on the checkout so people use the self serve checkouts instead, which I might add néed supervision. Just bring back a larger team of people, open more real checkouts and stop trying to cut corners. B&Q make enough profit, stop being greedy and be a proper DIY store.
