"I had a very disappointing experience at Lidl. While shopping, another customer pushed me, and when I reported it, the staff did absolutely nothing. There was no concern for my safety, no effort to address the situation, and no assistance offered. This is unacceptable, and I expected much better from a store that serves the public. I hope Lidl takes incidents like this more seriously in the future."
