I came here this morning with my cousin for breakfast. The breakfast was amazing and so much choice to choose from. A big thank you to Alan for looking after us and lending me his pen. The service was amazing exceptional!
Been here breakfast lunch and evening meal was shocked at breakfast to see my former evening barman had been moved across to the breakfast team training for management - shouldn’t have been surprised really as on both occasions he ticked all the boxes helpful , hidden unless needed , only to happy to answer any and all questions and do anything he could to help absolute top banana watch this space and if you have the pleasure of Dec - guessing short for Declan - as your server your gonna have a trouble free pleasurable dining experience- don’t let this guy escape Beefeater Lakeside he’s a credit to you
Had a lovely visit tonight for tea with a friend, taking advantage of meerkat meals, ordered a 2 course meal and drink each with 25% off the whole bill. Emma took our food n drink order in great timing but no rush. We had starter and mains with only 5 minute wait in between courses, excellent quality food. Debs the manageress came over to say hello and check we had a great meal and service
first time coming here. definitely will not be the last. service and food was amazing . our service Alan B was lovely . very friendly . did not have many interactions with other servers but it was a lovely and friendly atmosphere. very reasonable priced too.
Hmmm, been going to beefeater Christmas lunch for years, this year was the most expensive and not the best, food not to quality or standard of previous years and service not good, previously the atmosphere from serving staff was lovely, this year it was stretched and staff appeared not to wanting to be there. The whole experience wasn’t good and would not recommend where previous years looked forward to the day…. The minced pies served at the end were cheap and tasted nasty… looked lovely but will definitely look for somewhere nicer next year or do the traditional cook at home….. saying that we still left a £15.00 tip
