We came in for a takeaway Nando’s treat. We have a dairy allergy and we were informed that it will longer as they will wipe everything in the kitchen down to avoid cross contamination. Obviously we were very happy with this and more than happy to wait. Staff were very attentive and kept us informed on our order, which didn’t even take that long anyway. Thank you for looking after us!
Treasure for the fans of spicy chicken or high protein food. Great location for the walk, run or shopping .
Let’s be honest, it’s great chicken & chips. You know what you’re getting & it’s consistently good. Prices seem to be on the high side these days but what isn’t. Today, I visited with my youngest lad & it wasn’t that busy at around 4pm (Sunday).
Ordered the chicken breast sunset burger, it was nothing like what was advertised, the bun was more like a muffin and was over toasted, the lettuce was more stalk and just thrown on with no care taken, for £9.75 this was shocking… The staff did offer free food but we declined as the food should have been right the first time… On a positive the starters and staff were nice.
It was my visit after a few years to Nando's restaurant to see if it had changed, and it got worse a little. It is now self-service if you would like to order which was different before. The menu has changed a lot and took off many dishes which I liked, like salted carmel browie. The food was good, service was fine and the atmosphere was okay. The prices are not that bad could have been worse. I don't know if I would come back again, I think it is better to go there once. It is a good place for families or a casual get-together with friends, but it is not a proper restaurant anymore.
