Nando's Teesside Retail Park

Nandos is great but this one is quite stressful. I love trying the new chicken flavours they have occasionally too - keeps it a bit interesting There can be long waits here for tables and often the waits can be much longer than they say if you have a big group. There is no way to extend parking with them. So if you've had a shopping trip be wary of going over the 4 hours free parking and getting a £100 fine. I wrote to the ceos office and there's nothing they will do to help their customers. There is free long stay parking a bit of a walk away but that's no good if you've got young kids or older adults. So its a bit stressful eating here really. Going to look for another alternative peri peri chicken restaurant because teesside park is too stressful now for parking and traffic (the cameras are at the start and end of the car park so if you have traffic leaving be careful to get to the camera by 4 hours not back to your car).

Went today on my own and I honestly couldn’t fault anything from arriving to leaving. Anya was brilliant with the seating and kept me updated while I waited. Kim was amazing and again the customer service was above and beyond. I ordered the chicken in pitta with 2 sides and all arrived promptly and cooked perfectly. I can’t recommend this branch highly enough as everything was ran so smoothly. I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome and nothing was too much trouble (even had help from the supervisor regarding QR code and this was sorted quickly and solved the original question with no fuss and again the customer service was excellent and very much appreciated). I will definitely be returning and recommending to others ❤️ Well done to all 👏👏

Found the whole experience very average. Small chicken breast that was quite dry. Flavours were pretty good but found the portions much smaller than they used to be.

Been here several times … Food is excellent and staffs are very helpful … 20% NHS discount is always an extra bonus

It’s been such as long time since I’d been that I had forgot what it was like. After a busy weekend and limited places open I went here Sunday afternoon expecting the massive queues as I was used to when I’d been before years ago. Having moved from the area I’ve not been in years I was surprised to be seated straight away. Customer service was excellent very attentive and generous with the nuts and olives for starters. The food was served quickly and was presented well. Although they didn’t have the butterfly chicken it wasn’t an issue since chicken breast was virtually the same thing. Food was delicious and I really enjoyed the summer grains and coleslaw too.
