Hi Pizza Hut team, I just wanted to share some positive feedback about my visit to your Hall Gate, Doncaster branch yesterday. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I especially want to thank Preet, who was very friendly and made my experience even better. Nothing like what is advertised, hardly any cheese and burnt too. This is the Big New Yorker from this branch for anyone ordering 😊
Paid £48.66 for a delivery that never arrived and was marked as “delivered” in the Just Eat app before it had even left the store. The order was showing as delivered at 12:04, but when I called the store at around 12:20 I was told it had “just left”. I waited another 30 minutes (the store is only about 1.5 miles away) and still nothing. When I called back around 12:50, I was told the order had “gone” and it was “nothing to do with them anymore”. No food, no driver at our building (confirmed by our business centre reception and CCTV), no apology and no attempt from the store to resolve it – just pushed back to Just Eat. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but marking an order as delivered when it never arrived and then washing your hands of it is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this branch again.
They are always so fast with my orders and always friendly especially Resh she already knows my usual order and the Pizza is 10/10
