I recently visited the Pizza Hut on Abbeydale Road in Sheffield and had an absolutely wonderful experience, largely thanks to exceptional team members: Meemonaa ( lol sorry if i spell wrong ) From the moment we walked in, Memona greeted us with a genuine, warm smile and made us feel so welcome. Her customer service was truly top-tier. She was incredibly attentive, patient with our questions about the menu, and had fantastic recommendations. What really stood out was her positive and caring attitude. The food was delicious, we order CB pizza as always, but it's the outstanding service from team members like Memona that will definitely bring us back. They are a huge credit to the Pizza Hut team! Highly recommend this branch - a great team providing a great experience
Very helpful staff, swift service and great pizza! Very flexible with menu and dietary requirements, and pointed out good deals and how much food each option is. The staff were kind and friendly. Would come back.
Had an issue in the app where the deal I had ordered hadn’t actually gone through and ended up with one instead of two pizzas getting delivered. Called the store and they resolved it straight away and were very understanding. Nice to see a franchise of such a Global brand handle this situation so well. Thanks again….also food was great 👌
I recently ordered takeaway from Pizza Hut and, although there was a small mix-up with my order, the team handled it really well. They accidentally got a couple of items wrong, but when I contacted them, they were super helpful and quick to make it right. To top it off, they even gave us an extra pizza as a gesture of goodwill which was a pleasant surprise! The food was delicious as always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they handle them that really counts, and Pizza Hut definitely delivered on customer service. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!
I've not been to my local store for a short while but upon every visit I've always been made feel very welcome, staff always interact with me and today's visit Fiza was very helpful and told me all the best deals and options for what I was looking for. My local store never disappoints.
