Called into the cafe today with a friend I had a hot chocolate and my friend had the lunch special. Although the young girl that served us was lovely, the drinks and food were absolutely awful. My hot chocolate was warm milk with a hint of chocolate and my friend’s food was a toasted cheese sandwich and chips. The sandwich was so dried out she was coughing on it and roughly 8 chips on the side. Definitely will never eat or drink here again, now I know why after all the years of visiting this Asda I now know why the cafe is always empty.
Big clean store. A lot of special offers. Free of charge parking.
Not enough on shelf to self serve. When I asked them for medicine, they confirmed they have it in pharmacy, but refused to sell it. When I asked them why, they told me I look suspicious. Well, be aware ladies, if you want to buy medicine, you are suspicious🤣
Went into Asda Doncaster today . On entry there is a big display of veg with a sign saying 5 for £1. Placed next it are 2 large boxes of potatoes with no price on the same as the rest of the veg so my wife pics 5 pieces inc potatoes . We get home n check the recept to find the veg have been charged at full price . I take it the potatoes were not part of the deal , nice one Asda i wonder how many others were caught this way as the potatoes boxes were low in stock ..
Lovely staff lovely restaurant lovely food but I do think the menu needs to be more optional etc more what everyone would like as there’s not much option to choose from it’s delicious though just a heads up maybe explore new dishes to the menus 💛
